This home was near and dear to our hearts. Built in the 1970’s, this split level retained much of it’s original charm. It did not need any floor plan changes other than the kitchen wall removed to create an open concept main living area. We also added a front deck where there was previously only a bay window to enjoy the view of Gig Harbor, and extended the back deck to span the entire width of the home. We kept to the era of the home with our design choices and created a beautiful blend of mid-century design with modern functionality.
